Spoke with Ivan over the phone at this location, who was able to correct this issue and make it right. I do appreciate him going out of his way to fix this. I will be returning as I enjoy the food.
App experience is still bad though.
My wife placed an online order on the 16th of February. I arrived to pick up the food and was told they didn't have 90% of the items we ordered, available.
When I asked if they could cancel the order, I was told no and that I'd have to go through the app.
My wife and I followed the proper procedures and submitted a ticket. Popeyes then decided that the issue was resolved.
We have NOT been given our points back nor have we been refunded any $ that was spent on this order.
Whenever we try to contact customer service, it directs us to the app, which isn't helpful.
1 star review since I've attempted to contact this store directly to see if they can assist in anyway. No one ever bothers to answer the phone.
My wife and I will likely not be returning to any Popeyes location in the future or at least won't be placing any online orders, since they've gotten our money but failed to provide any of the products we paid for.“
