“I had a great experience here at this new Popeyes in Kennedale. I was at the car wash next door and I went in to use the restroom. It was clean. So I sat down and had a meal and left. The door wasn’t locked. I think they lock it because too many people come by for the restroom since the car wash doesn’t have one. Other than that, it was cool and the chicken was good.“

Spoke with Ivan over the phone at this location, who was able to correct this issue and make it right. I do appreciate him going out of his way to fix this. I will be returning as I enjoy the food.

App experience is still bad though.

My wife placed an online order on the 16th of February. I arrived to pick up the food and was told they didn't have 90% of the items we ordered, available.

When I asked if they could cancel the order, I was told no and that I'd have to go through the app.

My wife and I followed the proper procedures and submitted a ticket. Popeyes then decided that the issue was resolved.

We have NOT been given our points back nor have we been refunded any $ that was spent on this order.

Whenever we try to contact customer service, it directs us to the app, which isn't helpful.

1 star review since I've attempted to contact this store directly to see if they can assist in anyway. No one ever bothers to answer the phone.

My wife and I will likely not be returning to any Popeyes location in the future or at least won't be placing any online orders, since they've gotten our money but failed to provide any of the products we paid for.“

“I order from this Chick-fil-A very frequently due to having an autistic child, so consistency is extremely important for our family. While most of our orders are correct, there have been a few frustrating times like sauces being left out completely or a breakfast burrito tortilla being hard. Since I know the app order itself is correct, those moments can be disappointing having to go back through the traffic since it's difficult coming and going with their layout at this location.
That said, Brandon and Logan are outstanding managers. They are always professional, kind, and quick to correct the situation without hesitation. Their customer service truly makes a difference and is the reason we continue to come back. Overall, 9 times out of 10 our order is correct, and with a team this large, perfection every single time isn’t realistic. I ordered a catfish filet, 3 chicken tenders, coleslaw and fried okra.

The catfish was cooked perfectly. Just not quality catfish. Reminds me of Southeast Asia catfish.

Chicken tenders are almost great. They seem to be brined, leaving the protein very moist. It's a texture problem for me.

Coleslaw was really good and I highly recommend it.

Fried okra needed a few more minutes in the oil. Just not quite crispy enough for me.

I will be back to explore some of the other items on the menu.“

“I was here just to pick up a DoorDash order. The store was really busy with a lot of orders coming in and a long drive-through line. Alejandro, who I’m assuming was the manager on duty, was the absolute best. He was working very hard and was able to lighten the mood with a few jokes and trying to defuse situations. “I love this chicken. If there is a Gus's in a city I visit, I will go there. It has a little kick to it that I love. Batter is a thin crispy style that I don't find often. Fried pickles are a favorite and I never pass on greens. I have been to 5 or6 Gus's and found the chicken to be the same awesome product.“

The chicken sandwich was crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and I love how the staff always greet you like they actually mean it. The lemonade tasted extra fresh too.
