“My first time in this Popeyes restaurant in Kennedale. I was pleasantly surprised and greeted by an energetic and friendly person named Joshua. If I still had my sales agency, would have hired him away immediately because of his people skills and personality! I’m not sure management knows what an extraordinary individual they have working there .. 10 stars to this location/ please visit and experience the feeling yourself and the food was also delicious!! I’ll be back soon❤️“

“Ordered pollo endiablado and half a pound of carne asada. Food was very flavorful, tortillas were very fresh and not hard. They give you half an onion with your dish which I love because I usually end up ordering extra grilled onion. But that was more than enough to fill me up! The charro beans were me favorite side. Full of flavor that included sausage, jalapeños and beans. Will definitely be coming back.“

“Before I start off, I would like to say that I absolutely enjoy this chicken. Ive never had an issue at the location until tonight. So my go to spice is medium because it has a nice kick to it, not to spicy but flavorful. Last time I came it tasted really spicy like hot and I didnt say anything because it wasn't a big deal and they were busy. But tonight I came through the drive thru got the same spice level (medium) and went home to eat it. I bite into it and the spice just hits me. So l yes I ate it but I called and asked if the ingredients changed and the lady said no, and I said it tastes really spicy and b4 I finished she replied with "mhm okay bye bye." Please hire people with customer service skills. I wasnt rude but if I was the manger I would like to make things right by maybe checking how they are making it spicy for future orders.“

“Simply my favorite place to eat when a guest comes to town or we are celebrating with family. The Storybook design transports you into feeling like you’re eating in an adventure land.The service is always A+ with friendly demeanor, recommendations, and quick help. Our server (Tristan?) was excellent making sure we had everything we needed, refills, and plenty of food!We ordered, chicken tenders, roasted chicken and a kids chicken fried steak.We were delighted to hear the hostess Giana sing and had a great time with our family who left full and had fun!“

“Food here was great ? , I would have given the food 5 stars ? but it was just a bit dry and powdery due to the dry rub that they used for the Cauli Slider.We ordered the Cauli Daves #4: 1 Cauli Slider with FriesAnd let me tell yall, for it being a deep-fried cauliflower and it being made the reaper. It was a pretty good Slider ? ? ? where it wasn't to hot to where I wasn't able to finish it. I give it a 9 out of 10?6 piece Cauliflower Tender BitesNothing bad to say about these, excellent all the way round. “One of my favorite places to go for a quick non-fast food lunch or dinner! I love their soups, strawberry lemonade, and of course the chicken salad! I use their points system and like to get the to go chicken salad to keep for lunch for another day!“

“Lisa's chicken never disappoints. It is one of the few fadt food places that you can still get your money's worth price wise. Their chicken gizzard are always great. As well as the fried shrimp. Their fried rice is also good plus great portions.“

“The batter is very unique and has a spice to it making the taste unique. Tried the fried chicken and tenders. Tenders were very large and full filling making them a higher quality than other chicken tenders. The cole slaw has a sweet and addictive taste. Macaroni is outstanding. Definitely a unique style of fried chicken and would recommend to anyone looking for a new lunch/dinner spot.Parking: Parked in nearby neighborhoods. Small parking lot behind the restaurant that's first come first serve.“

“Very good food, and usually consistent. Today was the very first time my food wasn't great (chicken legs rubbery, possibly under cooked or something?) To far to go back. But this was the first time that has happened in many years! So I still give them a 4 star!“

“I recently learned about this restaurant and drove passed it today. I didn't go into the establishment but rather used the drive-thru option. The restaurant itself self (or at least this location) definitely looks like a hole in the wall (iykyk). However, staff were friendly and patient as they took my order. They have pretty big portions. I ordered a kids' chicken strip meal which was more than enough food (I still have leftovers). The wait for me to receive my order was a little longer than your typical Popeyes, but I think it's because my food was made to order - it was fresh. I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was seasoned well and juicy. My okra was fried hard - just the way I like it! The roll that came with my meal was just a regular smegular roll; nothing special about it. I guess meals come without dipping sauce. Instead they come with a small cup of white gravy. I was not a fan of the gravy. It's tasteless and not what I was hoping for. I'll ask for the gravy they put on their mashed potatoes or a different dipping sauce.“

“My discrepancy is not their fault, but about a week after Biden took office, gas prices went up, and this caused the prices of their chicken to go up a lot. Also, all of the great deals they used to have stopped. Fortunately, the quality of the food did not change, and this is what forces me to still buy the food. Maybe one day, when gas prices decrease, the cost of chicken will too. They are not the only ones who did this to their customers. Oh well.“

“It's a good chicken spot, don't come here expecting five star service. You're getting what you're paying for. I got a 15-piece tinder box with two sides two pieces of catfish and five drinks for under $40 and everything tasted really good.I would definitely come back“

“Love going to chicken salad chick when I want something light and chill. I have had a bunch of their different flavors and don't think I've had a bad one yet! Whether you get a scoop, sandwich, or soup with your combo you can't go wrong! My only complaint is I wish they were better at getting the cracker ratio just right lol“

“The fried fish is the best around by far! Fries are perfectly seasoned. I didn’t try the chicken tenders my sons both said they liked them a lot and even mentioned a couple of days later. Lady customer was being sort of rude when I walked in but the staff handled it well. Tried the gumbo too, too much rice in it for me but some would appreciate that. Will definitely return.“

“I enjoyed eating the chicken and corn nuggets. My 2 year old grandson loves those corn nuggets. My score is a 4 instead of 5 on the food is based on the Mac & cheese. The noodles are not cooked to completely done. They were a bit hard & chewy. The cheese was to watery and runny for me and my grandson didn't like it. In fairness, it was my first time trying the Mac & cheese. Others may enjoy it! Overall, Lisa's fried chicken is my favorite chicken in Fort Worth. When I have a craving for fried chicken, I'm headed to Lisa's.“

“The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when there are a lot of people at the restaurant, service is still great and efficient. When I go through the drive thru, the line moves fairly quickly. And, the food is always good. I typically go to Cane's at least once a week.“

“I came all the way from Oklahoma City and to get some chicken I order my food and got on the highway and seen that my Pepper was not in the bag . So I went back and Shayna. Which was the manager on duty was very Amazing and sweet!!! The chicken was a 10, the roll was a 10/ the drink was 10!!! The pepper was a 10!!! The workers all had smile on they face and I feel like i was in heaven when I walk in!!!! 10 out of 10 will recommend!!!! “This location has brought me back to when I first used to go with my family for dinner. Everything was fresh, the biscuits were great and everything was hot. An earlier review complained about the outside. As long as the food is on point, I don't care if it looks bad. It's not the best area or neighborhood so. To the manager or owner, keep this standard up. We will be back more often and we have tried many in dfw.“
