Everything was well-stocked, and the self-serve setup made it easy to customize the meal exactly how guests wanted. The food, including the wagyu beef, has been described as delicious, with meat dishes being a highlight. The restaurant’s atmosphere is lively, modern, and vibrant, making it a good place for group gatherings, though the loud Kpop music can make conversations difficult.

While the service was friendly and generally helpful, there were some issues. Customers noted that the server dumped the meat directly on the grill before they could cook it themselves, which affected the enjoyment of cooking their own meat. Additionally, the Monday special offering $4 off any sake was not clear, as hot sake did not qualify, leading to some confusion. The arrival of the Korean BBQ and hotpot combination might be overwhelming at first, but once understood, it offers a great experience.
