Very nice place. It has that small intimate feeling to it. The food was very delicious and you won't leave hungry.
I had a great experience at Rise Souffle. The warmth and welcome started right at the hostess desk. Both hostesses were so welcoming and sweet. Our waiter Conner was accommodating, attentive, and professional. The nicoise salad was very good and the apple tarte was excellent.
The service was just as good as the food. The French Onion Soup, OMG!!!

Rise Soufflé offers a unique dining experience, especially for soufflé lovers. The cozy and rustic ambiance creates a lovely setting, perfect for romantic dates or special occasions. The menu features a variety of outstanding soufflés, including the Cauliflower Gouda soufflé, Frito pie soufflé, Truffle mushroom soufflé, duck soufflé, and delicious dessert options like the raspberry soufflé and the French onion soup. Guests praise the soufflés for being nice and fluffy with really good flavors, and the dessert soufflés are often highlighted as the best part of the meal. While some find the food to be overpriced with small portions, many appreciate the quality and taste. Service can be hit or miss, but recent reviews mention attentive and friendly staff, contributing to a wonderful experience. Additionally, the restaurant provides complimentary homemade bread, which is a highlight. Overall, Rise Soufflé is recommended for its beautiful atmosphere and exceptional soufflés, but may not be ideal for regular visits due to pricing concerns.
