Tonight I ordered online at least an hour before the time I set to pick them up. I arrived exactly at the time set to pick them up (6:45pm) and had to wait 30 minutes for my order which was just a 6 piece boneless combo. I understand that it gets busy, however a family of 6 that ordered in person at the same time that I arrived all got their wings 15 minutes before me. I don’t understand why my order took so long. Staff is Unable to handle volume of orders that come in. They will admit they are slow and they truly show no care for the customers quality of service. Over an hour behind in orders. Last time my order done completely wrong and another wingstop establishment was nice enough to compensate me for their mess up.
