What’s the purpose of the mobile app ? When there’s a problem with it and a message pops up and says to go inside and a team member will help. I go inside and the team member states there isn’t anything they can do. I then go back to my car and figured it out and request my order to be brought out to curbside since the drive thru line was long. Went through the drive-through to get my order when I was going to pay they did not take my 20. The guy said they do not take money that it’s Mark or torn mine had a small 25 number. So in another words you’re not taking money just the card. Because I hate to say it but majority of all the money is Mark some form of the other. Is it a policy that you’re not taking money A little writing on it
Worst customer service in town. They do not follow their own procedures and blame you... Manager is a joke
