“I LOVE this place! They have the best customer service and are child friendly. The atmosphere is so calm and donut-y, and the food is wonderful! I rate it five out of five. My favorite food to get there is a strawberry milkshake with a large kolache! It's also really cheap! 5 dollars for a dozen!

“Cashier isn't very friendly or business- like at all and that is bad for customers who appreciate good customer service. She didn't smile or greet me as a customer, didn't tell me how much the items were that I was purchasing (I do not recall seeing a menu and it's been a long time since I had visited a happy donuts), and she never told me my total. Horrible customer service overshadows the food quality. Also, they should do something about either the location or the parking. It's very dangerous.“

“Wow. This place is amazing, best Shipley's I've been to. I'm not from this area but I'm a big Shipley fan so I had to stop by. Me and my family all agreed their sausage and cheese kolaches are the best we've ever had from anywhere. They came out fresh from the oven and I would make the five hour drive back from my hometown just for those! The donuts were perfect. The location is really busy but you can see why. Great customer service too, the girl who took my order was very nice!“
