I haven’t been back to Sonic in 4 years due to horrible service and incorrect orders. I gave them a try tonight and they stuck the final nail in the coffin. Checked my order before I pulled out of the parking lot and my daughters food was not in the bag. I will never be back to this location.
Ordered a regular chili cheese coney without bun. I received a regular chili cheese coney without wiener.

The food is fresh, and the carhops are friendly and professional. Recently, some customers noted that drinks came slowly during busy weekend events, and there were issues with the app ordering system, where one customer found the location closed despite the app stating it was open. However, the employee's friendly service helped improve the experience. In contrast, the Memorial Blvd location in Port Arthur has faced problems with wrong orders, old and lukewarm food, and unprofessional management. Despite past hesitations, some customers feel that the new management team has improved the staff, with one mentioning that a bacon cheeseburger was served in under 3 minutes.
