There is no communication between workers during school rush. I stood waiting 15 minutes before someone took my order, while others ordered from the app and waited even longer. The manager acted like she was her co-workers bff instead of managing, especially when food was taking forever to send out.
My husband & I stopped at this location on Friday March 22, 2024. The bathrooms were not clean and 1 of 2 stalls were "out of order." We ordered our frappe on the McDonald's app. Then we proceeded to wait & wait & wait. The kiosk to order from was closed/out of order. None of the menu boards were working and the screen to check the progress of you order was blank and out of order as well.
