We live about an hour from this place, we were there to fish nearby, we found it on accident, but the food was amazing and our waitress was superb. I would drive back to this place just to eat. 10 out of 10 for sure.
This place has always exceeded my expectations. The wait staff are friendly, the food is always good, and the atmosphere never disappoints. I'm very, very glad to see that Texas Traditions is still around. I hope they go the distance in Port Lavaca!
We looked at the menu and reviews before coming. We were in town for a small family fishing trip. We anticipated mediocre food and service but we're pleasantly surprised. We were only like one of three tables but the waitress was still very pleasant and attended to us consistently. We are a family of 6 and all got plates, drinks, some mixed drinks and desserts.
