“A few days ago I stopped by and had my kitten in the passenger seat. The girl who took my order saw him and gifted me a kitten backpack. She went to her car and all to get it for me. Normally, I don’t make the drive to this location because the menu is not as aesthetically pleasing but the drinks are good pretty authentic. I got a free backpack! She deserves a raise because it was such a random act of kindness and def my favorite place now.“

“We ordered 2 drinks the other day! They were amazing! One was the espresso. They asked if I wanted to add a shot, so I’m like of course! I wouldn’t order an espresso with out it, right. Well, it was an extra $1.50, I didn’t think much of it, and paid. Drinks were delish! (5 stars)I took my kids back a few days later, we ordered the same drinks but this time I asked. Does “the espresso” already come with espresso? She said no, you have to add a shot for $1.50… so why is this drink called the espresso if it doesn’t come with espresso. I don’t mind paying for the COST of the drink but why is the shot not added in the cost and charged on for a multiple charge. Doesn’t that defeat the point of ordering ESPRESSO, if I didn’t add it on, would it still be called an espresso? Totally confused…but didn’t want to argue or look dumber than I felt thinking about this… anyways, we ordered the classic and the boba was definitely not fresh! Not chewy. Very melty in your mouth texture and we just about threw the drink away. ;( Customer service was great so I will be back in the future, but in hopes of fresher boba!Secondly, all these 5 star reviews are because they advertise an extra scoop of boba for a 5 star review. I just hope everyone who chooses to do that, actually has a 5 star service/drink and doesn’t put a price tag on themselves for free boba.“
