They were needing some help serving and he had no problem filling the spot because this team of professionals work well as a team. Many from the team have been working together for many years. “Marco’s and Co, and Kathy, are incredibly professional and easy to work with. We hired them to cater for our small wedding (~65 attendees including bridal party, vendors, and security), and Kathy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to recommendations, and even provided reasons for why they did certain things they way they did (bowtie pasta for alfredo due to it being attire friendly when it came to sauce, unlike fettuccine). Their food is excellent, accommodating, and they offer a wide variety of options considering their price point, which is absolutely perfect for budgets. Their servers are professional and not pushy when it comes to passing hors d'oeuvres, and they came prepared to package the leftovers in smaller personal containers and in larger foil pans. Overall, their food is amazing, their people are amazing and conduct themselves very professionally. They absolutely outdid themselves, and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.“
