4 Best Burger Restaurants in Post

“Great local burger joint. I'm in town for 5 days and have been more than once. You can order car-hop, dine in or to-go. They accept cash and cards (tap to pay as well!).

The bacon cheeseburger was good (bun was a little smooshed), and you get more fries than you'll ever eat. Great portions but it can be a little expensive. But honestly, I'd rather pay a local restaurant than a large chain.

The BLT was delicious. The onion rings were nice and crispy but the batter wasn't super flavorful.

What sets is apart and puts it over the top is the service and the atmosphere. Family friend with killer service. Can't ask for much more than that.

Just remember it's convenient food, not fast food. You might wait a bit for your order but it's definitely worth it.

It looks like a small roadside diner but the inside has tons of table seating. There's even a cute little game room in the back! The inside was a little dated but that adds to the charm. And even though it was dated it was definitely well kept and clean. I loved the town pride that is displayed all over the restaurant.

All in all I 💯 recommend and I'll probably visit again before I leave. I'm dying to try a cone or a shake.“

If you wanna down home spot where everyone knows your name this is the place. Cold Beer & Great Burgers..... oh yeah great slogans on the wall and in bathroom..

“We stopped on our way out of town. Our order was delivered so quickly it surprised us. We are regulars at Sonic and have visited many all across the country. The burgers were the best we have ever had and tasted fresh, as if they were grilled at home, the bun was delicious and veggies were yummy. Our tots were also hot and tasty. Our carhop, Faith, was a delight and verified our order. That is something not done at every location and I really appreciate her doing so. Plus, Faith did so with a wonderful smile! Way to go Sonic Drive-In Post, Texas and Faith!“
