Panda Express is mainly about speed and convenience for me. The food is familiar and easy to order, and I usually pair it with a fountain drink or whatever tea option is available. It’s not a destination restaurant, but it works well when I want a quick Asian-inspired meal.
There was a mistake with my order but the manager did a great job handling it for me. Food tasted great.
This is the first panda I ever went to and ordered a medium Al carte and it’s not packed to the top. Especially paying $9.42…I purchased medium but served a small. I ate once piece of chicken and I can see the bottom of the container. If I would have seen this before I left I would have gotten my money back!

Panda Express offers a range of Chinese food options, including vegetarian choices, and is considered kid-friendly. The food is fresh, tasty, and served quickly, with customers noting that the portions are generally good. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant maintains a clean environment. Many have praised the polite and helpful service, especially during the drive-thru pick-up of scheduled orders. Recent updates indicate that there are new staff members who care about the customer experience, leading to fewer issues, quicker service, and a more organized approach to food preparation. However, there have been some past concerns regarding the professionalism of certain managers, with reports of unprofessional behavior. Despite these isolated incidents, the overall dining experience at the restaurant has received positive reviews, with many customers expressing their intention to return.
