Tofu hibachi grill was good and came with two different sauces to try out. Wow bowl chicken was cooked perfectly. All of the dishes tasted good and safe bets but also nothing that would necessarily be a craving or bring me back. Quick service.For improvement: Galbi bowl was tough to eat with the plastic fork. The plastic fork was not strong enough to poke through the meat, not that the meat was tough. Need metal forks to eat the Galbi with. Menus set up high and spread across the full length of the bar so you can’t see the items on the left menu panel or even middle panel when you make it to the register— why do restaurants do this? Have a repeat of the menus— do one set at the front so people waiting in line can start thinking about what they want, then a same set of menus behind the register so we can remember. I’d just gotten off work and was super tired and hungry. She had the best attitude and was, seriously, my favorite person that day!The pad Thai and the lettuce wraps were amazing. The food is extremely impressive, and it is large quantities for what you pay.Definitely get some of their hand pulled noodles soup because that is what they are known for. The beans and eggplant were fried and crispy, and the Flavor of the oil elevated the dish.The spicy chicken was probably some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Though they drizzle a bit more sauce than other restaurants, the amount complements the roll well. The rice is mixed with beet juice which gives it a pink color. Not sure if I taste much a difference but definitely tastes good! Definitely would recommend! VIBES Pretty casual place to dine and eat great sushi! We went around 8:00 PM and it was pretty empty but there were lots of people picking up To-Go orders. Seating consists of tables and chairs. SERVICE Service was great! One negative was the Miso soup it was WAY too salty. One positive was that the Seaweed Salad was fresh and had no slime pooling at the bottom. As far as sushi goes it was average.
