Panera Bread Reviews
I'm sitting in drive through and have been here for 24 minutes... This is ridiculous. Stuck and can't move. I am HOT!
Make sure employees are atleast following some basic hygiene habits like not coughing on the food. if no masks when you have a cough (smokers cough as she called it so nonchalantly) atleast cover your cough. No one wants your germs whether you are sick or not. The bakery employee didn't even attempt to cover her cough while delivering a tray of Asiago bagels to the kitchen. She just coughed all over them. DISGUSTING! Then proceeded to talk about me to her employees(which turned...read full review
My husband went and spent an hour trapped in the drive-thru (once you’re in, there is no way out). After being charged for what he ordered, they provided us with much less food than ordered.
This all happened after lunch time and before dinner. I tried calling, more than once, and cannot get anyone on the phone.

Panera Bread offers a variety of delectable options, including a creamy mac and cheese, a flavorful spicy chicken melt, and a heavenly brownie. The restaurant also provides ample vegetarian choices. Customers praise the consistently high-quality food and exceptional customer service, with the manager, Sonia, brightening up their day and ensuring cleanliness. Recently, some customers have experienced minor issues such as incorrect orders and inconsistent food quality. For example, one customer received a bagel without cream cheese and a smoothie with large chunks of ice, which was disappointing. Others noted that the large Strawberry Poppyseed salad sometimes had less lettuce and was not as fresh as usual, though still enjoyable. Many customers absolutely love the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo, calling it comfort food at its finest, but some feel that the price is a bit high for what they get. Overall, the food is good for the price, with some saying the chicken noodle soup is a bit salty and preferring lighter flavors. The limited-time grilled cheese sandwiches and green goddess avocado toast are also considered great by many.
