Found foreign object/piece of metal in salad on 06/08 at the Litchfield Park location (Verrado). Immediately went back to talk to a manager and the shift lead admitted that wasn’t the “first time” she’s seen pieces of metal in their bags of lettuce.
District manager contacted me and offered me a $30 gift card and requested the metal piece back. I declined both. Asked for their insurance info to file a claim as I chipped my tooth on the thing, and have not heard...read full review
I definitely recommend salad and go BUT now that they switched the potatoes in the burritos I would not recommend for breakfast. I used to get the burrito so my LO and I would split and not he cannot eat it since they decided to add a very nasty seasoning to the potatoes- not even I like it. Please bring back the only potatoes. Thank you.
