This place is going down hill. Expensive and awful. Was there today and once again the wings were old looking and over fried ! It’s like eating beef jerky. When we asked to have another batch we were shot down and told “ that’s the only chicken we got “. So we asked for a refund and handed back the food. No refund receipt was given so we will see. I ordered online and I arrived to pick up my order only to find out it was not ready. I waited in the store for 45 minutes to find out they gave my order to the wrong person. The manager Hacy instructed the greeting employee to tell me to cancel my order since they were so behind. This is not the way to do business. This just creates another inconvenience. I was not compensated for my time lost. I would not recommend this Wing Stop.
