(Hard with a big group.) Not a single complaint from one person, the burgers were to die for. The breakfast dishes received huge compliments. I have never seen this group clean so many plates!”

“I got food for dine in by myself. I got a 12 inch steak and cheese on the cheese break with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, salt and pepper and mayo. The employees were kind. Some of the tables were a little dirty but I cleaned the one I sat at. I also got two macadamian cookies. My food was great. Cookies were amazing of course. The best ever! Would go back of course.”

“From the stafff to the food, Peublos is my go to when I am in liberty. The staff repeatedly will check on you & make sure you have what you need. I am not a person who likes to chase down a waiter/waitress for something. I'm greatful I do not have too here, and food & drinks are amazing. Nice, clean, fun restaurant!”

“I went on 2/27/26 after hearing all the hype about this place. The food was good although the portion was small, in comparison to Chipotle it was enough for me. I paid $25 for a 1/2 filled bowl and a drink which I felt was steep for the amount of food. I do give them credit for the flavor of the chicken, not sure I’d go back though.”

“I’ve eaten just about everything here and all of it is good. The chef had told me one day that I could feel free to customize it however I needed when I shared an experience from a burger joint in MS. I had had their shrimp in a salad a few times and it’s always perfectly seasoned so I asked to have it added to a burger. True to their word they made it happen and it was great! Came in the next time and asked to sub a chicken sandwich and make it a grilled shrimp sandwich (not on the menu) and once again, they made it happen. When I tell you, I could’ve eaten the shrimp and bread with nothing else, I’m serious. The shrimp is that flavorful. I’m a big seafood guy and would love to see more shrimp options up there but if it’s not, don’t be afraid to mix it up, they’ll make it happen!”
