Decided to give this place a shot for lunch, the cowboy chicken sandwich was awesome and the ranch tator chips fried in beef tallow was absolutely the best chip I have ever eaten.

I didn't know what to choose so my friend and I split the Italian Hoagie and the Steak sandwich.
Both are FREAKING amazing!!!! Ask for the Hot oil if you want an extra kick!
