“Great donuts and usually nice staff. Unfortunately, my little girl needed to use the restroom which had big red ants all over. I tried to explain to her that she had red ants in her bathroom so that they could spray... but due to the language barrier, I guess she didn't understand what I was saying and started screaming at me. I did really like this place but due to that I will not return :(“

“Their donuts are soooo good! My favorites are the twisty donuts and they're always soooooooo delicious! My fiancé likes their sausage rolls and the donut holes. I've been a few times now and I haven't had any issues with the donuts being sold out and I normally go around 9-10am. I highly recommend!“

“No clue why the other reviewers only gave this place 4 stars. It is a true gem worthy of 5/5. I tried the glazed donut, the chocolate twist, and some jalapeño and cheese sausages. The donut was airy and light but slightly crispy. You could easily devour 5 in one sitting if you're not careful! The chocolate twist was also light and well balanced between dough to chocolate ratio which sometimes can go too far one way. The jalapeño and cheese sausages had a nice almost pickled jalapeño taste which I quite enjoyed. The couple running the place were also incredibly kind and you can tell those donuts are made with TLC. Would explain how they sold out of donut holes by 10 am. Donut Palace should be your first stop if you're in Azle looking for donuts.“

“Hands down THE freshest, perfect combination of soft and light with that crunch on the outside (I'm a fritter gal) and if you spend more than like 5 bucks... you get free donut holes! Guys, there is a reason they're sold out by 10. Set your alarm!“

“The donuts are really good and so are the kolaches but I could honestly care less about that because I’m here to talk about the amazing customer service. I came early in the morning and the lady working up front had a smile on her face and greeted me (even the person working the back came and said hello). There was nobody else in the store so instead of being quiet like most establishments I’ve been to, she immediately sparked a conversation. She was really nice and even said “God bless you” before I left. This was one of the friendliest interactions I’ve ever had and I will definitely be coming back.“

“I love this place! I love a local donut shop. The price is the price. I’m not sure why previous reviews are complaining when you are buying local. The owner is very sweet and I enjoy seeing her every time. And the CRONUT is my go-to!!! If they sell out early, blame me lol!“
