If you are ever traveling down I-45 between Ennis and Corsicana and are hungry stop at Rice Cafe - Rice, Texas. It was recommended by a friend and we had lunch there today. You are greeted with a friendly smile and find your spot in this small cafe that will seat maybe 45 people. Looked like lots of locals eat there and they know your order.
