Busy on a Saturday afternoon at the Brookline MA location but it’s still a great vibe. Got the iced Yemeni latte and a pastry and it was great!
Sucks — the workers here are completely unprofessional. They have zero customer service skills and seem more interested in chatting with their friends who show up than doing their jobs.
I watched a little girl, maybe seven years old, struggling to see where the straws were. Instead of helping, the workers looked at each other and rolled their eyes. My husband and I tried the new Arwa Yemeni Coffee House today. The setting is so beautifully done and shares some of the Yemen's country and culture. We tasted the Sample + Treats. The coffee and teas were very delicious and flavorful. We were a bit confused by the setup like coffee, tea, coffee, and tea.
