This location is definitely my least favorite one! Rudest manager I've ever seen at a Braums ..... she was staring right at me as she walked past. I said, "hello how are you?" With the worst scowl on her face and as hateful & loud as she could she said, DO WHAT??? Ice cream was very melted and all the employees leave you standing there while they tend to "more important stuff than helping customers"Parking: Very large parking lot that's very well lit at night!
I love their ice cream, so classically yummy! I don’t go for the customer service, it’s terrible, but I like the ice cream and it’s cheap. Their hot fudge hasn’t been hot lately, so that’s disappointing. I started going to the Braums in garland off of Lavon, by Firewheel.. drastically better!

The beef is fresher compared to the one on greenville ave. I completely enjoyed eating this hamburger. No stinky smell coming from the meat at all, the meat is very fresh and taste of it was fresh. I will not ever buy burgers from the one on greenville ave at all, lm very blessed to get a chance to order from this place because it's completely a big difference in the way the meat taste, thank you god!
