“I recently dined at Sababa Mediterranean Cuisine and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Unlike massive commercial buffets that sacrifice quality for a high volume of choices, Sababa keeps a curated selection where literally everything served is absolute top-of-the-line. Every single dish we tried—from the spot-on slow-cooked nihari, butter chicken, and kabuli pulao to the incredible Mediterranean options—was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And unlike most buffets where dessert is an afterthought, their sweets (the jalebi, Pakistani sewaiyan, and gulab jamun) were hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had. Beyond the phenomenal food, the hospitality from the owners was truly heartwarming. If you are looking for incredible food, immaculate quality, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, do yourself a favor and check out Sababa. Five stars all around!“

“Chicken biryani is common, but good chicken biryani is not. Nizam’s does it right.

The chicken dum biryani is flavorful and well cooked. The chicken is soft, juicy, and absorbs the masala properly. It’s not dry, not rubbery, and not drowned in oil or spice. The taste stays balanced from start to finish.

The rice is light, aromatic, and cooked perfectly. Masala is mixed evenly, so every bite tastes the same. Spice level is just right — flavorful without being too strong.

Other food items are also done well. Nothing feels rushed or greasy. Flavors are clean and portions are fair. The kitchen focuses on doing simple things correctly.

There was a very wide variety of yummy Chinese food to choose from, and the taste was mostly above average and pretty good for the price they charge. I ordered their cold dishes, where you can select the vegetables and meats you like, and it was very good. Highly recommended!“
