I have been to this Starbucks many times over the past few years. Their accuracy rate is very good. They are friendly. They are just… kind of slow. lol. I think they may have so many people ordering it’s hard to keep up. Order in advance in the app if you can. Makes it a breeze.

I use to be a fan of Starbucks. I'm over it. This location must have new poorly trained staff. I have ignored the continuous wrong orders and poor customer service....

Adel wasted my 20 minutes because she forgot my order, even though there were NO customers waiting for their drinks. No apologies were given by her. She better review her customer service training.
