“I've worked nearby for almost 20 years and have seen a few changes of names and ownership during that time. The current situation is that the food is very good but not quite as good as in the past. Service is good and it's still a great value. Still one of the better options in the area for a full sit-down meal.“

“The menu is all on QR code. Dishes are served family style. The servers are nice and the food is flavorful. The menu has different proteins such as frog, pigs ear, and organ meat. Not to worry they have some traditional items as well such as Kung Pao Chicken and Schezuan Beef. Next time I go I will be sure to try the different Hot Pots as well!“

“I work here.i am treated well at every store & restaurant. With the exception of Eatzi's. I was treated very poor by the general manager. I I purchased a pre-made sandwich & requested extra lettuce & tomatoes normally because I am a regular & considered a valued guest lettu& tomatoes were offered complimentary. But, the general manager do not see me as a valued guest. He insisted I pay for extra lettuce & tomatoes. I felt insulted & disrespected by his condescending tone. I left & never returned to Eatzi's @ Preston / Royal“

“This place is really nice! They offer a lot different varieties of meat and they also have beef waygu all you can eat which is amazing. Considering the prices of regular waygus, their prices seem very fair and cheap and they also offer free drinks. 10/10 experience and all service was great too!“

“Please don't miss out on this place. The crispy spicy chicken is AMAZING. The sesame chicken and orange chicken are equally awesome. The dumplings and their sauce....so good. Onion pancake...ate too fast to take a pic.

We have been back to this restaurant 7 more times since 08/15/2024. That's how good the service + food are! We also ventured out to other items on the menu.

“Food is amazing...true authentic Sichuan Chinese food! If your looking for Chinese American food..this isn't the place. The menu has many foods that would scare most timid American eaters. I really enjoyed the mapo tofu..my party had fish with cabbage, sautéed greens, and beef with stir fried veggies...all were awesome.
The service was a bit curt but everything was brought fairly quickly and hot. The water I was served was really MEH....tepid and no ice.
All in all everything was tasty and we were well taken care of!
If you want an authentic mainland Chinese experience, go here! You'll love it. Arrive early if evening eating as it fills up at 7 or 8!“

“Pretty good Sichuan restaurants in Plano. Nothing was really great or excellent, but nothing was bad either. It's a reliable place to get some spicy Sichuan food. As this is a Sichuan restaurants I would potentially caution against typical Cantonese Chinese food

I generally recommend trying String/Green Beans and Spicy Fish Fillet at Sichuan restaurants as they are staples. Here they were just fine. The Sauteed String Bean wasn't as crunchy or flavorful as it could be but it was still fine. The Fish Fillets weren't fresh fish but you typically only find fresh fish at top tier Sichuan restaurants, and it still tasted good We also had some spicy chicken that was fine.
