Ordering here is a huge issue. Torchy’s is now using kiosks like McDonald’s. Nobody up front or taking orders. Most unfriendly, stale way to interact with people. On top of that they have the audacity to ask for a tip. I will not come here or any torch’s that have kiosks. Stay away.
From service to food they are a great place to enjoy your meal. Their guacamole is fantastic and portioned to perfection
Highs:
Fast casual and very popular in the Dallas area
Counter service was above average
Interior and enclosed bar area is welcoming
Timing: less than 5 minutes and the food is delivered to you vs. having to go back and pick it up
I ordered the special taco called The Taj. It was excellent and had quite a kick to it spice wise
I’d order this again given the chance
