I have not been to the restaurant so I can't speak to that. I am a small business and when I signed a contract to use Tradecraft for my coffee supplies, I was told one thing by the sales person. She left right after and since then I've had 3 more sales reps. Tradecraft was sold to Canteen and that meant new requirements, which also meant the original deal went out the window.
