“My boss and I both made a large order at the same time. And didn’t realize it until we went to go pick it up and we had double the order. Understandably, they said we couldn’t cancel, but Hayley went ahead and asked her manager and they agreed to do it. I am so grateful, especially since the holidays and it would have been such a waste of money. I feel terrible for the waste and hoping that they were able to quickly sell those pizzas!! “Busy night with local football in Richland Hills. Ran in to grab a few orders of the new crazy Puffs and the order was wrong. I went back in and spoke with Belinda. She made everything hot and fresh and made sure everything was correct the second time around. I appreciate her customer service and accountability for the wrong order. 1 ⭐ turned to 4 ⭐ real quick! “Some of the best wings that Ive ever had. Our waitress, Mariah, was super friendly and helpful due to it being our first time there. We were able to try some of the sauces first to test the heat level. We had hot, blazing, bbq, hot honey (tasted more like Hawaiian to me), and spicy dill (with hot as a base). We had the honey and blazing bbq finished on the grill (carmelizing them).“

“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. “Just tried Bosses Richland after hearing so many recommendations stating it was better than the Lake Worth location. Well this has now moved into the top spot on my favorite pizza place! Simply a great pizza. Crust, sauce, toppings were delicious. Great manager and friendly spot. Long drive for us but we’ll definitely be back!“

“This location offers a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the quarter bird plus a wing at first level of “hot”. I recommend at least a little heat to enhance the flavor. There are options for kids as well, such as nuggets and tenders. Powerade + lemonade + sprite = Baja blast without the massive sugar.“

We haven't been here in a long time as you can never get a table on almost evening without an hour wait and there aren't that many around as we live in Burleson. It worked out today only because we came at lunch time.
We all got the boneless bites, 1 lb of chicken and waffle fries. The chicken was cooked and sauced well, but all of our fries were undercooked and still soft....
I still enjoyed it because they offer a lot of different sauces and we got different ones to share flavors.
As the restaurant filled up, it did get very loud and hard to hear table conversation.“

“It was the national chicken strip day & they were giving a free chicken strip if you bought The Box. No free chicken strip given after getting home. I wouldn't have even stopped by if it wasn't, yes just going for the free strip. So I called to let them know in a fun way...are y'all forgetting to give the free chicken strip?! Anyway, they made up for it. They also gave me a sweet tea when I ordered an unsweet tea but didn't know that till after I got home, added stevia to my tea, took a sip & it was overly sweet!! Not good! But they did correct it more than they should have, so all is good & happy.“
