“This was my first visit I must say everything was great! The restaurant is clean with a nice atmosphere! Ms Elizabeth was kind and helpful! The food was so so so delicious! I ordered the Egusi soup with fish!! 10 out of 10!!!!! I will definitely be going back there! Rodo is my new spot!!“

“I found out about this restaurant on Google just by looking for restaurants in a specific zip code and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in the owner was so warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was perfect, comfy seating and awesome music. The food is all cooked to order, so it comes out hot and fresh. I can’t put into words how delicious everything was... the greens were super flavorful, the goat was tender and delicious, the jollof just the right amount of spice, the fish has crispy skin and was super flaky. I’ll definitely be back many more times and I plan on bringing more ppl along with me ☺️.“

“The customer service was exceptional. I really enjoyed the fact that the person preparing the food went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before I left. She even gave me new food to try and a bottle of water before I left because it was my first time eating fufu and egusi. I will be back because at was treated kindly.“

“I got the jollof rice with the spiced chicken. It was top-tier. 100% the best off I’ve ate. Don’t get mad at me. Maybe I haven’t ate that many options of it, but this one was the best by far. Service was so good. The lady was super nice. I will be going back and next time, taking a friend“

“Best Suya ever in Houston. I love the home made Zobo drink, tigernut drink, ginger- Pineapple juice and even the jollof rice, it was delicious. Thanksgiving package of Turkey and juices was great. The environment is clean, and Customer service is 100% . I will be visiting again.“

“I stopped by this cozy African restaurant known for its succulent and finger-licking fish, soya, and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to spend quality time with my wife - Madame Chief, and friends.

“I called ahead of time to ask if they had suya and they confirmed they did, which made our drive worthwhile. Got there and met the owner.. who was very friendly, polite and welcoming.
Food was ready about 20 minutes after order was placed and it was fresh, well seasoned, and a tasteful delight for my mouth to behold. I had suya and plantains while hubby had beef ribs suya with rice
We had a great time and will definitely be back.“
