“New TASTY boba shop in Richmond! My Vietnamese coffee and boba are good/strong!!! I am picky about my tapioca and Richmond does not have a good tapioca location. I’m so happy Tea-Amo Boba House opened here!!! The staffs were quick with my order and friendly. Definitely my new go to tapioca shop and cute atmosphere!!! :)“

“As someone who has worked in the service industry for years I can say that Abby gave exceptional customer service. I had come in with an issue that she quickly and efficiently resolved. She provided a warm friendly atmosphere that often isn’t seen in high volume boba shops. She took orders and made all our drinks and everything was perfect! Multitasking at its finest, I hope someone gives her a raise :)“

They have so many options and so many ways you can customize your order which is something I haven’t really seen before. You should check it out. “Brittany took my order she was very patient and gave me great customer service making sure I had a great experience. I ordered an Ice blended halo halo for my mom and a strawberry matcha 50% sweetness and had oat milk in my matcha. Glad I didn’t get the 100% sweet because I don’t like to sweet. Love this place for a refreshing drink when it’s very hot“

“Moved to the area a few months ago and have been on the hunt for a good teahouse. Saw Mai’s the other day on my drive home. Stopped in and ordered three banh mi and a boba tea. The spicy beef was just right. And the cajun shrimp was perfect. I will be eating here as often as I can.“
