First time here, and we loved it. Great to see a family business do so well. The customer service was first class. The food was a delight. Will definitely be going back soon, oh and Morgan is absolutely wonderful very pleasant, very smart, young lady. We still can’t believe how she remembered all our orders without getting a thing wrong. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Mimi's New Orleans is a must-visit restaurant with amazing loaded oysters, seafood combo, red beans and rice, and complimentary cornbread bites. The rum punch and strawberry martini were top-notch. Customers love the fried pork chop plate, fried chicken plate, and delicious desserts like pecan pie and beignets. The oysters, both raw and charbroiled, are highly recommended. The fried chicken meal is very popular, and the chicken is delicious and filling. The food often takes a little time to prepare but arrives hot and fresh, making it worth the wait. Prices can be a bit high, but the generous portions allow for multiple meals. The restaurant is located off the Main Street, making it easy to miss, but it’s a hidden jewel in Richmond. On a quiet Saturday, the friendly staff and knowledgeable waitress ensure a great experience. The complementary beignets melt in the mouth, and the gumbo and oysters on the half shell are some of the best. Overall, the friendly service and tasty food make it a place worth returning to, especially for their Sunday brunch.
