Finally found a food truck that actually listens.
Pulled up to this truck not really sure what I wanted, and the cashier was so patient — like, genuinely trying to figure out what I was in the mood for, not just rushing me through the line. The cook overheard me going back and forth and chimed in with a joke, and we were all laughing by the time I ordered. You can just tell they actually care about getting it right.
