Ribs and sausage is always on point. Flavor and tenderness is there. No need to even use the bbq sauce. Sides were okay- I got what they had which were potato salad and baked beans. Wish they had more to choose from during the week but maybe one day I will make the drive on the weekend and try their other sides.
So many positive things to say about this place and Mr.Wayne! Mr.Wayne himself was so generous with the food he gives and extremely polite and friendly. His customer service is reason enough to come visit! Now when we talk about the FOOD: very flavorful, juicy and delicious ribs! The brisket was tender and moist. Great spot, friendly and entertaining, moist meat, not overly smoked or overcooked at all. ON POINT! Well worth the money and stop. Mac & Cheese was like it came right out of the oven. My only wish was for a few tables to sit and eat. But the operator said they are improving the grounds next week. It's already a great spot but we look forward to bringing the gang next time and enjoy that big trees shade. Basketball hoop to boot as well for the kids.
