Employees are nice and respect and I have became friends with some of them but the managers have been some of the most disrespectful to employees, in front of costumers.
The one I saw that was most disrespectful was the manager that was white and older. some young person was helping me late at night and he got mad and started to be rude.

The service from JAYLA P. was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING!!! From the momenT I walked in she greeted me as if I mattered and with a smile. I am not sure if she is a manager but if she is not, just based off her customer service and professionalism, she definitely deserves to be in a management role. The burgers are always great. It's the service that is the opportunity at this location. Not welcoming, not inviting. The customer service and smiles are missing. Sometimes, they appear to be understaffed; which would lend itself to the long drive thru wait times.
