“I had the Chicken fried Chicken best ever.“

“Our server, Charity, was an absolute delight! I had seen a gentleman on cruches approaching the door so I got up to open the door for him. However, Charity took notice too and beat me to it. My mom & I enjoyed conversating with Charity when she would check on us.

The food almost never disappoints. Today was my mom's 1st time here, but I have been here at least 3 times. Love their waffles. Today I ordered the cinnamon apple French toast - the apples were delicious but I felt they didn't pair that great with the French toast. Whip cream was delicious!! Eggs and bacon were cooked to my liking. Biscuits & gravy were delicious too.

Will definitely be back again!“

“Happen to see this restaurant while looking for a place to eat with my family. Decided to stop and eat here. Eating at a lot of cafes I just usually expect it to look and be similar on the inside. If you know then you know. This place was definitely not that. Walking in I instantly noticed how clean and how it was decorated. It was a nice modern feel. We was instantly greeted and had a friendly conversation struck up. The owners was super awesome taking good care of the service at our table and being very friendly. I have been to NYC Delis, they do a great job here... my wife had chicken vegetable soup, I had Pastrami and Navy Bean soup. I went straight for the heart to test them...

Liverwurst or Bratwurst on Rye. My bride had the chicken breast deli sandwich.

I came here after seeing the owner (John) on KRGVs take 5. It was worth the trip. They have comfortable seating for 56 people. Great to go menu. They get fresh Lox delivered Tuesday mornings for Lox and Bagels.

She was quick to greet the guests .she would quickly go to the door when she seen a guest that needed help always smiling.sometimes were quick to see the.negative in people Look again and you'll see the good in people. “1000% yes! I'm not really a red meat eater but I do eat carne picada/molida. The first time we went to eat I asked if they could make carne picada tacos and cookie said "yes of course". My family and myself have been going ever since! Cookie and her staff are the BEST and their tacos, frijoles and the agua de melon NEVER disappoint! We always feel welcomed like family! “I really like the food here. The chicken fried steak is better than all the other nearby places. Their parmesian chicken is also really good. The staff is always really good as well. Almost forgot, the chocolate stampede is a great dessert too.“

“I was visiting town for business and saw that they would have the World Cup games on. It was busy but I was served quickly. The street tacos were awesome and my server Louiz was great. The bathrooms were clean and the crowd was hyped for the USA game. I made alot of new friends and will definitely be back!“

“Stopped by after church Saturday with some friends for dinner. I hadn't been by in quite some time and I was happy I did. I ordered the impossible burger (vegetarian) and it was delicious.😋 Two of my friends ordered from the 2 for $25 menu. Pictured here is the classic bacon cheeseburger from that menu on the right and my impossible burger on the left. Both were really good.“

Same update and info in 2025, still having meetings here.. the harlingen location is better than Brownsville, the Brownsville spot never smells well & they forgot several people's orders when there were only 3 overall different tables with people, not good“
