We went when it was calm and quiet which we didn't mind for the long day we had. Anyways if I'm ever in the area again we will definitely go once more.“

“I had a good experience at Denny’s restaurant on University Drive In Edinburg this morning. Samantha, our server, constantly checked on us. She always made sure to be cheerful and attentive. Cassie, a server not assigned to us, had an ever-present smile. Her smile radiated so brightly that it lit up the mood of my friend and me. These two young ladies made our visit to this place extremely pleasant. I recommend sitting at the bar. The bar is where the staff assembles to retrieve their orders. It is where you will always see smiling faces. Here is where they have more of an opportunity to face you and gift you with a kind comment or beam another bright smile in your direction.“

“I love this place. The workers are kind and helpful to new customers. The food is pretty spot on every time I come. It is a little pricey, but good food usually is. I like the chicken and grape sandwich on a croissant. The poblano corn soup (kinda spicy) and zucchini soup are also pretty good. I have pretty bad social anxiety but always feel very welcomed here.“

This place was not busy but it took thirty minutes to receive our order. We let the waiter know our dissatisfaction. So the manager to replace steak with another item. I said no. She gave us a dessert instead. I was very disappointed.“

“Visited the valley for the first time and as I'm leaving I wanted to make sure I left a good review about the first place I visited on my trip. This IHOP had the best service and food quality I've ever had at the chain, and I left wanting to go back much more. Specifically, my server, Karol, was extremely attentive and informative and guided me through the overwhelming menu. Can't wait to come back!“
