“I have fond Burger King memories from my childhood in Chicago. These burgers carry only a hint of what Burger King used to deliver with every sandwich. I still patronize the restaurant because anyone gets tired of the same old stuff. I do not know how this BK stays afloat but I will go to this location at least once a year to eat a meal that kinda takes me down memory lane.“

“I used a third party delivery service, and my only complaint is: When using delivery services, by the time the food arrives, the hard shell tacos are stuck to the paper they’re wrapped in at the bottom of the taco where the meat is. When I use the same restaurants drive thru, the tacos are just fine when I get home. I watch the drivers as they arrive at the restaurant and all the way to my house, and they don’t drive any slower than me, but one can’t control how long it will take for them to get to the restaurant to pick the food up. In short, the tacos I’m sure sit at the restaurant for an undisclosed amount of time before the driver arrives allowing time for the hot grease to somewhat saturate the inside of the wrapper and cool off your a degree that it hardens up and adheres the shell to the paper which in turn equates to a catastrophic failure regarding the structural integrity of the taco shell itself for there is no quick, easy, convenient method of releasing the shell from the paper thus your tacos become “open faced” at best, essentially a taco salad. The saturation of the meat potion of the taco with grease is also to blame. It’s as if it’s not drained at all when a flitted spoon should be used. I’ve never worked at a Taco Bell so I don’t know anything about that restaurant’s operational procedures nor the ramifications of squeezing a little grease out of the meat before going into what was once a crispy taco shell, the equipment necessary, the retraining of employees or the extra time it would take to practice the procedure over the course of hundreds of tacos daily.“
