“What a wonderful evening! Everything from the greeting to the service to the food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Big Joe's Pizza & Pasta knocked it out of the park! The New York-style pepperoni pizza was outstanding—thin, perfectly crisp, loaded with flavor, and exactly what a great NY pizza should be. Just as impressive as the food was the service. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Add in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and you've got a place that's easy to enjoy and hard to leave. If you're in the Haltom City area and craving authentic pizza with exceptional hospitality, put Big Joe's at the top of your list. I'll definitely be back!“

“food is great need to be a lil quicker with service manager gave me a wrong pocket pay better attention being some people cannot have certain foods smh had peppers and I bite into it not to happy the guy who use to run alliance was the best Manager they could have“

“The food is sooooo good. Also excellent service.“

“Recommended by Elan Musk! Ha! We asked out Tesla to take us to the BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN FT WORTH. It drove us to Bocca Osteria Romano. My friend and I asked the waitress to order for us. One of us is vegetarian. First, she brought us samples of different wines (all Italian only wines!) and we each loved the ones we narrowed it down to. Then came the appetizer, Something with bread, cream, warm honey and marinated fruit that was out of this world. Then the main course with the best home made pasta and flavors that pop on your tongue. The food was better even than the food we had in Italy this year. The dessert was like a bread pudding with fresh peaches and ice cream-Mmmmmmm. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, trendy and family friendly. One of the owners, Alessandro, stopped and visited with us with his son on his hip. Such a fun and interesting conversation! This is literally the best restaurant I've been to in years. When the bill arrived, we thought it was very reasonable. If you want to treat yourself, make a reservation and have the time of your life!“

“Seriously one of the best experiences my husband and I have had at an italian restaurant in ftw. First off they have a lovely patio area with outside heaters when cool out, the service was OUTSTANDING and our server Jason went above and beyond for our entire dinner! The food was absolutely delicious especially the agnolotti with butternut squash! Hubby was super satisfied and happy with the tagitelle bolognese dish, and our crostini appetizer was to die for! Our server really made the meal that much better and I highly recommend you request Jason as you will not be disappointed. It was our first time here and definitely will not be our last. We can't wait to go back now!!!“

“the one if the best Italian restaurant in dwf I really recommend to everyone those who want to make a fun with your Italian meal come here and enjoy it.🤗“

“Driving home, we noticed a new place we had never seen before and we couldn’t resist a stop. It’s brand new and very clean with nice TV’s, a beer/wine bar, and most importantly, an extensive menu. There was so much to look at, we asked for recommendations. We landed on a meat lover’s pizza, which is always a good place to start, and chicken piccata, which was a favorite of the server. It’s one of my favorites, so also a good test. Pizza and a pasta entree combo was a great way to try multiple sides of the menu.
Both turned out to be very good. In fact, the piccata was absolutely wonderful and we both loved it. I hope these guys do well and recommend you try it.
Prices are also very reasonable.
We’ll be back.“

“We can’t stop coming here! The pizza 🍕 is a 10!!“

“Delicious food, European attitude to customer service (the customer is not always right, the customer is expected to show the same respect to the staff/restaurant as they show to you), tiny mostly outdoor seating area could be nicer.
Tips:
Cash only, don't forget yours!
You can BYO wine and glasses- corkage fee applies if you use their glasses.
If there's no good seating open, take your food to-go with you to the cocktail bar next door (over 21) and get a nice drink there.“

“Start with the Calamari and you can’t go wrong from there. I’ve been a few times and haven’t had a bad experience. I fell in love with the Chicken Piccata. Every bite is a wonderful lemony experience. Service is always top notch“

“Food was amazing! Huge portions and great service! Will definitely be back!“

“The wait staff is fabulous. We had a luncheon for 50 people. It was so organized with preordered dishes and namecards so that the staff could bring out your items with no issues.
Everyone is very friendly. The food is amazing and a little pricey, but very large portions.
I had the salmon piccatta which was delicious and with plenty of capers, spaghetti and sauce. I ended up taking more than half of it home! Their tiramisu is so light and fluffy with a generous portion. Also, the cocktail selection was very nice.“

“Lupita was very attentive and professional. She truly cares about her customers. The atmosphere was very welcoming and food was delicious.“

“Just picked up a late lunch to go from NY JOE’S and so glad we did! It couldn’t have been better! Lasagna and grilled chicken Alfredo and absolutely perfect! My compliments to the chef and the staff! Excellent Excellent Excellent“

“Rica la comida el servicio excelentes“

“Been going to this restaurant since it opened and have never been disappointed in what I ordered. However tonight was totally different. Ordered a eggplant sub and it was awful. Won't do that again. My husband's meatball sub was not the greatest either.“

“We tried this place for the 1st time tonight in Addison, TX. We received phenomenal service from our server Cassie. She had expert menu knowledge and assisted us on choosing our dishes. The other staff that delivered the entrees also provided great customer service by providing information about the entree as they were delivering it. Everyone was helpful, polite, and super friendly. Can’t wait to come back and try other items from their menu.“

“a good place to eat 100% recommended, a very clean place and above all very friendly staff.“

“Loved the Family Feel Great Food and Great Location!!!!! We Loved Every Bit of Our Experience!!!! Thank You Picchi Pacchi“

“We had a rehearsal dinner at Cafe Bella. We were seated in the separate, beautiful, newly renovated dining room. The owner and wait staff did an exceptional job preparing the space and bringing delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts in a timely manner. We were able to customize the space further with our own decorations and we were not rushed to vacate the room afterwards. We were able to enjoy ourselves and take plenty of pictures. As previous customers, we knew Cafe Bella would be the perfect spot to celebrate! Highly recommend!“

“Great restaurant, amazing menu and cocktail list. Very friendly and responsive staff. Had a wonderful dinner experience tonight.“

“Great food for the whole family!“

“The food was great! The dinner rolls before the meal were AMAZING!! It’s a cute little restaurant that is very reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend!!“

“Antonio was above and beyond!! The pasta was a bit undercooked. We sent it back to be cooked a little longer and it turned out great, though it took a while and we ended up having to get it to go. Antonio made us feel like it was no big deal and was very kind throughout.“

“Worst restaurant experience I’ve Ever Ever had in my almost 45 years of life. Worst and most unprofessional staff you will ever come across in Saginaw I promise. I give this place 6-8mths tops before the doors closed based on the unkept signs and building facility. Do Not Do Not waste your time or money here….Rude Rude Rude People no one who works there seems happy and it shows so here we go.. Read Below Entirely for the truth bout this place. So I came in with high hopes for this restaurant and when I first arrived it seemed like your typical whole in a wall restaurant which I love. As we walked in the staff barely greeted us like we were disturbing their evening. The waitress brought us to the table but was very cold instead of warm and welcoming like you expect from an Italian family type restaurant. Of course you gotta get a salad so I did but I asked for croutons and 20 min later I had to go to the kitchen myself and get them. Then our food comes out I got the saltiest not just lasagna but the salty saltiest food I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t even eat it and I was starving but the major fumble was then I had to ask for bread that’s supposed to come with the meal that would never happen at Olive Garden I mean this place can’t even give you the bare minimum on customer service. Now the next part is the kicker now keep in mind I still paid for my meal obviously everyone from ownership to management to staff does not care and doesnt carry that true Italian passion you get from other Italian restaurants. And as we left the staff said thanks for the 1 star review my reply “you welcome and you get what you deserve” then an argument insued… Do Not Do Not waste your money or time here they already got my donation hope it helps them make improvements because based on all these reviews the people of Saginaw deserve better than this much better than this. Don’t Support this Place until they are willing to listen to the people and make changes…“

“I look forward to this being a regular new spot for us! Beautiful place, food and drinks were fantastic, and service felt so personalized. We went on a weekday evening so it was less busy and the perk of that was that the chef came out and greeted us and checked how we were enjoying the food. Excited to go back and try more options on the menu!“

“I frequently deliver here for work, and finally had some time to sit down and grab lunch. I ordered the Caesar side salad, and fettuccine Alfredo with crispy chicken. Everything was hot & fresh! Great prices, and the lady working the counter was very polite & attentive.“

“The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommended.“

“Karlee was amazing! She was very kind and attentive. I am 10x more of a critical diner since becoming pregnant and she exceeded all expectations! Food and atmosphere are always nice at this location. I love living down the street from them I like coming for the lunch specials or endless pasta! The manager was also very kind, she greets all present tables. We had a short chat about how awesome having a son is. Very kind staff!“

“Truckers Pay Attention: If making a delivery to Lockheed Martin, and U have have, come check this place out!! Food is delicious and its about 2-3 minutes walk from big truck park area just across the street, I’ve been getting my lunch here, when I’m in the area, and I gotta tell U: FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY MOST DEFINITELY DELICIOUS!!This place is a hidden treasure!! Highly recommend!!“

“We are visiting from California and this was the best pizza we ever had. Job well done...“

“I ordered from Grubhub. Before it was delivered what I can only assume was the manager called me and said that the driver was given the wrong order. She was so sorry and was going to make mine and drive it to me as soon as she could. Wow, I was blown away to be honest, but that is outstanding customer service! Aside from the food being excellent I will be ordering from them more often.“

“This was my favorite restaurant we ate at while in Fort Worth. The food was rigatoni, crème brûlée, and focaccia appetizer were all delicious.“

“Kris did an excellent job. Lasagna was great as well.“

“Blown away by Emilias! My husband and I sat outside on the patio and it was beautiful and perfect. The service was 10/10 and food was something like I had never had before. The manager came by at the end of the meal and left a lasting impression on us. We can’t wait to go back soon 🩷“

“Our new favorite pizza place...“

“I absolutely LOVE Jet’s Pizza, and because I travel across multiple states, I’m always excited when I find a location! This location is truly amazing.

They know my order when I call, and they’re always generous about offering a coupon. Today, when I tapped my card, the gentleman told me, “Enjoy!” I realized I hadn’t had the opportunity to leave a tip and brought it to his attention. He simply told me to “tip with your heart.”

In a world where everyone seems to ask for a tip—even when it hasn’t necessarily been earned—that genuinely touched me. ❤

The staff at this location is exceptional. They are fast, kind, welcoming, and my order is always perfect.

If you’re looking for an amazing pizza experience, this is your place! And if you’re craving Jet’s, this is the location you want to visit.

Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing such great service! 🍕❤“

“Ordered lasagna and cannoli here for the first time ever! Loved it! Will be back again soon!“

“Literally the most iconic Italian restaurant in DFW. Cool ambiance, impeccable service and delicious food.“

“The most amazing food and dining experience! The waitress was so patient with our kiddo while he ordered for himself and checked in with us throughout our meal. The food was “ten thousand stars” peer the 6 year old professional food critic. We will for sure be returning ❤️“

“Honestly, I’m not sure how others think that this place is anything less than 5 stars.

Delicious pizza, delicious dessert, understandable prices, plenty of seating. You can request any pizza and they’ll make it for you.

It was $30 for two adults at lunchtime and I’ll pay it again happily.“
