Los Compadres Cantina was very delicious. We had the side table guacamole, I ate the lamb tacos with birria dipping mole sauce and my husband had the brisket enchiladas. Both meals was soooo good that we even tried the mango and house margaritas on the rocks. Our waiter Jonathan is a very nice young man who recommended what was good on the menu. We will definitely be back. Food pictures is in the comment section of my review.

Stopped in since we haven’t tried this place and ordered some lunch

The barbacoa was pretty dry and flavorless. I love barbacoa and was disappointed. Plus, they initially brought me street tacos. Thinking back, I should have kept those!

Beef fajita nachos were equally disappointing. Too much cheese and not enough beef or beans.

Service was good, but again, they first brought me the wrong order.

We went for a late lunch, and the service was fast and superior! The atmosphere is unbeatable, as is the food! We can't wait to go back!

Parking: Weekend parking will be tight, so get there early! Plenty to se walking up & down Oak Street to kill any extra time.
