“GREAT FOOD, BUT I HAVE ALOT OF ISSUES GETTING THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I NEED TO PLACE PHONE ORDERS BECAUSE I SEND SOMEONE ON A BIKE TO GO PICK UP MY ORDER N IM ALWAYS LEFT NOT KNOWING IF IM GOING TO GET MY ORDER OR IF THEY R OPEN IF MY ORDER IS GONNA BE RIGHT CUZ I DONT GET TO ORDER IT MYSELF! VERY FRUSTRATING! I SUGGEST THEY GET A LANDLINE FOR THE BUSINESS, ITS MORE PROFESSIONAL N WILL CUT DOWN PROBLEMS LIKE THIS ?!!! OTHERWISE WEN THEY DO ANSWER, IVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED!

“You had some issues tonight. I ordered for pickup and was told to “come on”. Got in line, paid, and was told to park, and they’d bring it out. Text arrived saying it was done. 5....10.....15 minutes later, no food. Went inside and it was sitting there......cold. I don’t like having to reheat shrimp. My last trip was NAILS. Drove up, paid, hot food in my hands, and go!“

“Usually good food all the way around. But, last 2 times (several months apart), the quality had gone way down for the brisket &, especially, the cole slaw! 😩🥲 I’ll try again in hopes these 2 were just flukes. 😇“
