“We’re from out of town I always ask a local where to eat, let me tell you, this place is legit, college dive bar meets good food low prices and excellent bar staff, an absolute gem, little rough around the edges but the kitchen looked clean, (you can see it when you check out) bartender was spot on but tired of people’s shenanigans( look you stood in line for 10min you should’ve known what you want when you get up to order) but my man busts three drinks out at lightning speed, I head back to the table with the strongest tastiest Painkiller I’ve had since Miami, 7 minutes later a great little server pops out with our food looking fresh homemade and scrumdiddlyumptious, which it was we sat and talked for a few hours, we’ll be back for sure“

“Laurel was an awesome waitress and the food was excellent! My husband and I both had the fried fish and shrimp combo with hush puppies and it was delicious! The fish was mahi mahi- I don't even like to eat fish. I did not regret my decision! The cocktail sauce had extra horseradish and it was the best I've ever had! Kids had their meals and subbed Mac and cheese for the side. We had plenty for them to take home to snack on for supper. (Could have done without the calamari. It was a little tough, which happens, but left us more room for our entrees) We will probably be back this trip!!“

“Excellent service, cocktails, food and presentation. The bacon wrapped tenderloin is ridiculously scrumptious. Spinach salad with hot oil dressing - killer. And the seafood pasta was filling and fantastic. The ambience is the only reason I gave a 4 - very quiet, sleepy vibe in the handsome restaurant, but not in the 1886 room. I wish they could be more connected in that way.“

“Everything about BWC is top notch. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and genuine. The food is incredible and there's options for everyone. The best part, as a musician, is the clientele. Everyone listens to the music and gives back the energy you put out on stage. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I love the warmth and hospitality of this place ! I've been here a couple of times when at Port A, The breakfast is always good! Last time I was there I took my pet and everyone was super attentive and friendly to him, he also enjoyed the visit! I have to say if you go it's usually pretty busy, but because everyone loves that place!“

“We love going to Cancun in Port A! We had a party of 18 on Friday evening during this years SandFest and they were amazing!!The staff food and drinks were outstanding!!Kid-friendliness: In our party we had 4 kids and they were well taken cared of and enjoyed the white queso Big time!!“
