“Just got into Port A last night and was driving down the road looking for a place to get dinner. We saw a full parking lot and took that as a good sign. We didn't have a reservation but we're able to get a table anyway. Emily F. was our server. She was great! Personable, knowledgeable and attentive. She literally ran us down in the parking lot after we left because my husband forgot his credit card at the table. We both got the Pasta Acadiana. Mine with shrimp and my husband's with chicken. They were both tasty and plentiful. We took home our leftovers and had them for lunch today and it was still excellent!Thank you Emily for providing excellent service. I'm sure that we will dine there again before we leave the island.“
“One of our favorite bars in Port Aransas! Rose the daytime bartender is efficient and remembers what you like when we show up. Only had a pizza there but it was delicious! Lots of atmosphere! Only has beer and wine, no mixed drinks. Sangria on tap. Winter Texan was my husband's favorite craft beer on tap!“
“Jeff the bartender made me wait out back in the staff area when I asked for a beer. I obliged because I was thirsty. He then asked if I was comfortable dressing up like Mr. Rogers, I obliged because I was thirsty. He then brought me my beer and told me to clean myself up and look presentable to the regulars, he was so kind and made me feel welcome that I welcomed everyone to the neighborhood,and I just hope this becomes one of his shirts.Parking: Good parking.“
“The pastries are so good! I got a raspberry turnover and it was flakey, sweet and delicious. Others in my party got cupcakes and cinnamon rolls. They heated the cinnamon rolls up for us and they were delicious too. Some tables inside. Staff was great.“

“YUM! So many choices in flavors and add ons. I also saw they had sugar free choices. Randy, the new owner/operator was so kind and down to earth. Helped us with our questions and made recommendations. I had the Cotton Candy Hawaiian Style with Coconut Cream one day and the Pina Colada dressed up the same another day and tomorrow part of our check out checklist is to stop and grab one on the way out! Every bit of me feels like a kid again when I can just enjoy something so deliciously yummy!“

Made the best margarita that I have had In A long time. And the best in port a . Regular size. Regular pour . Just really great balance. Ordered wings.. naked with side sauce. Outstanding..“
“We sat outside and didn’t wait long for our waitress who was very friendly with a great attitude. She was helpful and attentive. My husband and I both had the Mahi Mahi his with rice pilaf and mine with the asparagus. Both were excellent. I enjoyed sitting outside while the sun started to set. A definite must do again!“
