We went during Labor Day 2023 and it was quite busy. Food was good, not a long wait - the problem was with the staff. Seemed unacustomed to crowds - one of our guests was looking for the bathroom and stepped into the kitchen. As soon as he realized, (like 5 seconds), he was about to step out but the kitchen manager began yelling at him and told him "put an apron on", don't just stand there, put an apron on" and said it one more time, very rudely. Man, did we want our experience to be different. We have tried three different times at Lisabella's and each time has been a disappointment. The first time we thought it was because they sat us at the bar with a baby. The second time, we thought it was because we had a stressed out day with a toddler who then came to dinner (service was incredibly slow that time and our patience was thin). Went to Cinnamon Shores for my bachelorette trip with 10 girls. Had a reservation at Lisabella's for 8pm; didn't realize that they close at 9, so not sure why they would set up a 10+ table an hour before closing. Showed up at 7:50 and checked in, understanding that we might need to wait until 8 to actually sit down. We didn't sit down until almost 8:20pm. Immediately ordered drinks and dinners.
