I had the best experience today at the Rockdale store! The service was worth mentioning because the lady who made my food was just awesome. Her name is Shalona M. and she was so friendly, happy and professional. She spent extra time making sure my salad was perfect. It’s really nice to interact with someone like Shalona who enjoys her job and takes pride in her work. She deserves a raise!!! :)
I’m a fan of a quick subway stop. I wouldn’t say this was quick - I waited for it to be convenient for the employees to serve me, waited for the managers to finish inventory on the register before checking out, had to request lids for cups that were out of stock, etc.The food was good and the sandwich was meticulously made making sure the ingredients were fresh and looked good (no prompting from me) so that was wonderful.Overall a little bit of a strange subway experience...read full review
