Oh my goodness! We hired Mermaid's Kitchen to cater a shrimp and crab boil for 30+ people last weekend. It was absolutely delicious!! I am very picky about my seafood. This was so fresh, cooked PERFECTLY, and seasoned well. We had a lot of different spice preferences so she cooked it mild-to-medium spicy and then brought along more spice for folks to use to taste. The brunch was superb! We all found something we enjoyed from gf waffles, french toast, eggs benedict & various omletes options. Our waitress was extremely attentive to our needs & dietary choices. We can't wait to go back!
