Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review

Whataburger is a restaurant known for its friendly and respectful employees, as well as its clean lobby and restrooms. The menu offers a variety of options, with the bacon burger being a customer favorite. The staff often provides fast and friendly service, and the restaurant makes an effort to create a kid-friendly atmosphere, including a large basket of crayons for children to use on coloring pages. The restaurant can sometimes experience slow service, but overall, it aims to provide a pleasant dining experience. Customers appreciate the quality of the meals, which are often fresh and correctly prepared, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. However, some have reported issues with missing items like sauces, utensils, napkins, and straws, which can be inconvenient. Despite these occasional challenges, Whataburger strives to be a welcoming place for families and all customers.
