Been going to Mi Cocina in Rockwall for well over a year. But it’s declining in quality. The last three visits have been sub par and disappointing. Why did we go back a third time? We used to love it and everyone has off days but third time and you’re out! The nachos we ordered had hardly any meat or cheese, mostly chip! The server was lousy. Never came back to see if I needed anything else. She came back only to bring the bill then left without saying anything. Never said her name. 7/10/2024 between 1 and 2 pm
