“Great tacos! Super friendly staff, prompt service. Fresh ingredients with amazing concoctions and combination of flavors. It was my first time there, so it was all new to me, but I thought it was better than Torchy's. Or at least a nice change of pace from Torchy's (we eat there a lot) . Can't wait to go back. Fun and clean atmosphere, too.

“My family loves Basil cafe! Typically Asian restaurants are not as known for their services. But every time we visit Basil cafe, we are impressed by them. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. Then it is the food. My kids love Ramens from Basil cafe, they are delicious. My husband and I love they have a large selection of food choices. I feel every time we come, we found something we love. Definitely highly recommended!“

“March 2025 We chose this place for out 53rd wedding anniversary. We have had excellent meals here in the past for special occasions but tonight was beyond expectations. Tuesday nights are usually low attendance, but the staff at BIN 303 were beyond welcoming and attentive to us. It seems as if the whole staff was waiting for us, all knew about our occasion, and they went out of their way to make this evening a special one for us. The meal was spectacular in every way. Our waitress Seeli was attentive and a joy. The bar hostess was also extremely accommodating, taking good care of us while we waited for a private booth to become available. Everyone made for a perfect evening for us, one that we will never forget. As for the meal. the filets were the best we have ever had, and every side and desert made the meal unforgettable. We will be back for number 54 and 55 and 56 until we can no longer do it. Thanks again for a most memorable evening Jim and Esther Burch“

“Let’s start out by saying from the moment I stepped in, till I sat down I felt welcome. Everyone was attentive. I ordered the loaded fries, fair price $11 dollars. It was deemed as a shareable entre , it doesn’t look like it , but it is. I personally would have had more seasoning on the fry and bacon. Overall 9.3/10. The drinks were 10/10. Not too strong but just right. I tried the margarita flight and oh my! It was amazing!!! The several other drinks I had were spectacular. I tried their “BBQ and Bacon pizza”. I replaced it with buffalo sauce, it was 8.5/10. The dough / crust was 10/10. Enhancing more flavor like a sufficient amount of toppings or sauce would bring it up to 10/10. I will be back, the food, drinks , and atmosphere was amazing. All photos attached. I tried to truly enjoy the moment.“

“The manager I think that’s who it was is so nice he’s usually In the front and he delivered tonight he didn’t have change on him and all I had for $20 pizza was $6 and wish I could have given him more last time I walked in the lady in front her pizza was wrong and he handled the situation so good. “Edo Japan is a fantastic find in Rockwall. The service was outstanding—everyone was genuinely kind and made sure we had everything we needed without any delays.

I tried the spicy tuna roll and the lobster cooked roll, and they were both amazing. The spicy tuna roll had a great balance of heat and fresh flavor, and the lobster roll was packed with rich, delicious bites. You can tell they really know what they’re doing in the kitchen.

This place is definitely worth a visit. I’m already looking forward to coming back!“

“My family took me there for Father’s Day and it was great , we had fish, shrimp, gator, calamari, fries and hush puppies, plus cold beer . And all was great and so was our server, plus we had plenty of ketchup !“

“They had candy bars on”sale” but they were stale…when I tried to return some later that day at the one on I 35 between Dallas and Waxahachie I had a horrible experience with that MOD there. I had a receipt but because I was a few miles down the road they wouldn’t return it, and not only that but he went on and on about how it would hurt his “record” if he returned anything, even though I had a receipt from that same day 20 miles away. He wouldn’t even return an $.80 purchase. If I just asked for 1 refund. It was a ridiculous experience. I will never go back to that store on I 35. Also that store continued to sell the stale products on his shelf, even though they were told they were stale as well. finally they didn’t ask for my number so I could get points and they clicked the button so quickly for me, I couldn’t put my phone number in so I had to return everything I bought after that and I had to re-purchase it again to get the points. So, I was there at 2 stores to buy a few things for over an hour and the worst customer service at the one on the way to Waxahachie“

“Great experience coming to this location. The server / meal prep staff were friendly, the items used for the sandwhich were fresh, and the seating and tables were clean. Overall, I would recommend coming here for a great ssandwich and a great experience.“

“I was a little skeptic at first due to some of the reviews, but to my surprise the food was good but the service was not that great (I was totally Ignored by a Blonde waitress). I had a large beef Pho. The atmosphere was great, good memories from my trip to Vietnam. The first table was dirty and I had to move to a different table with no silverware. After being ignored by Karen, I had to get up to find a different table to get a fork and a spoon. I can’t complain about the price since unfortunately I am living with hillbilly’s here in Rockwall and would need to drive to Richardson for better tasting and better priced pho.“

I'm not even a vegetarian or vegan in the slightest and I come to the bookclub cafe just for this sandwich made with carrots and garlic and spinach, the veggies are all tender and flavorful. The bun has a crisp outside then soft inside. My gf is tired of hearing me suggest this place to eat honestly. That good“

“Being from NY and now living in NJ I have to say I didn’t know what to expect for a Chinese takeout in TX. But I have to say the food was good. I ordered the shrimp with broccoli w/ extra sauce, shrimp egg foo young, Szechuan shrimp and chicken wings for me and my family. The gravy for the egg foo young looked suspect as it was very loose/watery but it was really good. Just not thick like I am used to. Everything was good. And the portion size is very generous. Reminded me of my favorite Chinese restaurant growing up in the BX. Family owned-the husband/wife/son team was so nice and friendly. We all called the wife mommy.

Don’t judge this book by its cover (the outside) or deter you. Just Order the food. It’s really good and the lady who takes the orders was very friendly.“
